What we collect
When you request a quote or consultation we collect the details you enter: your name, address, postcode, telephone number, email address and your answers about your property and energy use. We also keep a short-lived, anonymised record of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
Job applications
If you apply for a role through our careers page we collect your name, email, telephone number, any message you write and your CV if you attach one. We use it only to assess your application and contact you about vacancies, and our staff involved in recruitment can see it. We delete applications and CVs that are no longer needed, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing us.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your survey, prepare your quote and contact you about it. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our website.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. It may be processed by service providers that host our website and email. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
